If you added a tip that you'd like to remove, go to the foursquare venue page where you added it, mouse over the tip, and click the "X" that appears. You can also remove tips you've added by going to your profile page on foursquare (the Me tab), clicking the timestamp on the tip you want to delete, and clicking the "X."
