Do you have more than one location? Or are you a brand with hundreds of locations? See this article for information on different types of claims that may be right for you.
To get started, click on the "Do you manage this location? Claim here" link on the bottom right side of your business listing.
Next, if you are authorized to manage the listing, check the box labeled "I'm the owner" and then click “Get Started”.
You’ll be asked to enter your phone number. Our automated system will dial this number instantly, so make sure it’s a number that you can answer right away. Mobile phones and landlines are both acceptable.
After entering your number, our automated system will call you and you will be asked to state both your name and the name of your business. After recording your name and location, you will be prompted to enter a code that will appear on the screen.
Once complete, you’ll have two ways to continue with the claiming process. To gain instant management access of your listing, you can choose Expedited Verification. It requires a one-time fee, charged to your credit card. After you finish this step, you will have immediate access to all of our business tools!
The second option is to proceed with verification through postal mail, and this option is free. If you select this option, you will be able to edit the address we have on file for your business if it is incorrect, and then we will mail you a verification code along with instructions on how to complete the claim process. Please note it can take up to one month for this verification to arrive through the post.
