Why can't Explore on the web find my current location?

Is Explore on the website having trouble detecting your current location?

If so, try manually searching for your location, or:
- Make sure you’re connected to WiFi. If you’re hooked into a landline, Foursquare might have more trouble accurately detecting your location.  
- Check your browser’s location settings (more on that here)
