Claim your second location, and upon logging in, find it listed as "pending."

Once you are on the manager’s home page, your first step is to select which locations you would like to edit. You can edit your info for a single location or for all of your locations at once, and create groups.
By default, this page controls all locations -- any changes you make will affect all of your locations.
To edit the information for your brand page and all locations (including your banner image, business description, profile photo, etc), click on the "listings" link under "Manage your locations".
If you would like to edit a single location, just click on the link that says “Manage a single location”, and then select the location you would like to edit, like so:
If you manage multiple locations as a chain, we offer a variety of statistics to show how users are engaging with your tips and content on Foursquare and give you a better picture of who your customers are. To access this info, scroll down on the Manager Home, and under Create Content, click on 'See engagement stats'.
