First steps to troubleshooting a problem
From time to time wires can get crossed, and things can go wrong. It's ok though, we're here to help! Always check the status blog to see if there are any major issues.
If you're having a problem with the app, close it out and restart.
If you're having a problem on the website, clear your browser's cache and try reloading the page again. You can also open up another browser and see if you're seeing the same issue.
Most of the time these actions should do the trick! If not...
Make sure that you have the latest version of Foursquare installed on your phone. Head to your phone's app store and download the latest version.
If you still seeing problems, delete the app entirely from your phone and reinstall it.
